Our refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued to ensure clarity and fairness. By requesting a quote or engaging our services, you agree to this policy.
1. Quote Requests and Estimates

Quotes provided via our “Get a Quote” button, which links to Yardbook, are estimates based on the information you provide. Final service costs are confirmed after an on-site assessment.

No payment is required for quote requests, and no refunds apply to estimates as they are non-binding.
2. Service Payments

Payments are typically due upon service completion, unless a deposit is required (e.g., for Basic Landscaping projects involving plant purchases).

Deposits, if applicable, are outlined in the quote and may be non-refundable, as they cover costs like materials or scheduling commitments.
3. Refund Eligibility

Service Not Performed: If we are unable to perform a scheduled service (e.g., due to equipment failure or unsafe conditions), you are eligible for a full refund of any payments made for that service.

We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, offer to re-perform the service or issue a partial/full refund.

Cancellations with at least 24-hour notice are eligible for a full refund of any payments, minus non-refundable deposits (if applicable).

Weather Delays: If weather (e.g., heavy rain) prevents service delivery, we will reschedule at no additional cost. Refunds are not issued for weather-related delays unless you choose to cancel with 24-hour notice.
