At Liberty Lawnscapes LLC, we strive to deliver exceptional lawn care and landscaping services, including Fertilization, Pet Waste Removal, Property Cleanup, and Basic Landscaping, to our clients in Augusta County, Staunton, Waynesboro, and surrounding Blue Ridge Mountains areas. Our refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued to ensure clarity and fairness. By requesting a quote or engaging our services, you agree to this policy.

 

1. Quote Requests and Estimates

  • Quotes provided via our “Get a Quote” button, which links to Yardbook, are estimates based on the information you provide. Final service costs are confirmed after an on-site assessment.

  • No payment is required for quote requests, and no refunds apply to estimates as they are non-binding.

 

2. Service Payments

  • Payments are typically due upon service completion, unless a deposit is required (e.g., for Basic Landscaping projects involving plant purchases).

  • Deposits, if applicable, are outlined in the quote and may be non-refundable, as they cover costs like materials or scheduling commitments.

 

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Service Not Performed: If we are unable to perform a scheduled service (e.g., due to equipment failure or unsafe conditions), you are eligible for a full refund of any payments made for that service.

  • Unsatisfactory Service: If you are not satisfied with a completed service (e.g., Fertilization or Property Cleanup), notify us within 48 hours via email ([your email]) or phone ([your phone]). We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, offer to re-perform the service or issue a partial/full refund.

  • Client Cancellation:

    • Cancellations with at least 24-hour notice are eligible for a full refund of any payments, minus non-refundable deposits (if applicable).

    • Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice may not qualify for a refund, as we reserve scheduling slots for your service.

  • Weather Delays: If weather (e.g., heavy rain) prevents service delivery, we will reschedule at no additional cost. Refunds are not issued for weather-related delays unless you choose to cancel with 24-hour notice.

 

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Deposits for Materials: Deposits for custom materials (e.g., client-chosen plants or trees for Basic Landscaping) are non-refundable once purchased, as they are specific to your project.

  • Completed Services: Services fully performed as agreed (e.g., Pet Waste Removal) are not refundable unless deemed unsatisfactory per Section 3.

 

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds, if approved, are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method or as agreed (e.g., check for cash payments).

  • We reserve the right to inspect the service site before issuing a refund for unsatisfactory work.
