3.2 Quote Requests: Quotes are submitted via our “Get a Quote” button, which links to Yardbook. Quotes are estimates only, subject to final agreement after property assessment.

 

3.3 Service Delivery: Services are provided as outlined in the agreed quote, tailored to your property’s needs in Augusta County or surrounding areas. We may refuse service if conditions (e.g., unsafe access, extreme weather) prevent safe or effective delivery.

 

3.4 Client Responsibilities: You must:

  • Provide accurate information for quotes (e.g., property size, condition).

  • Ensure clear access to the service area (e.g., remove obstacles for cleanup).

  • Notify us of any hazards (e.g., underground utilities) before service begins.

 

4. Payment Terms

 

4.1 Pricing: Final pricing is confirmed in the quote, based on property assessment.

 

4.2 Payment Schedule: Payments are due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed (e.g., 50% deposit for Basic Landscaping projects over $500). Deposits, if required, are non-refundable after work begins.

 

4.3 Methods: Accepted payment methods (e.g., credit card, check) are specified in the quote. Payments are processed via Yardbook or as agreed.

 

4.4 Late Payments: Overdue payments may incur a 5% late fee per week, up to 30 days, after which we may pursue legal remedies.

 

4.5 Taxes: Applicable Virginia sales taxes are included in the quote.

 

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

 

5.1 Cancellation Policy: Cancellations require 24-hour notice via email ([your email]) or phone ([your phone]). Failure to provide notice may incur a $50 cancellation fee or 25% of the quoted service cost, whichever is lower.

 

5.2 Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests are accommodated based on availability, with 24-hour notice preferred.

  • Damage caused by client-provided materials (e.g., plants failing to thrive).

  • Delays or issues beyond our control (e.g., weather, utility failures).

 

6.2 Damage Claims: Any claims for damage caused by our services must be reported within 48 hours via [your email]. We’ll investigate and, if liable, repair or compensate up to the service cost.
